About me

For more than 40 years, I have supported companies and leadership teams in strategic transformations and development of critical skills, as a senior manager and as an internal or external consultant. A primary focus of mine is the application of effective change and project management concepts, especially in transformations - an expertise with which I would be happy to boost your project, as well.

After obtaining a degree in Mathematics and Physics, I began my career in the financial services sector. Here, I worked in global leadership roles, most recently as Global Program Director. In this context, I led the successful realization of numerous major transformations, organizational developments and other projects and acted as a coach and mentor for a large number of people.

Today I operate as an independent consultant, in a close network and collaboration with other senior development and project partners. Other past and current projects include authoring numerous publications and acting as founder and managing director of a start-up that provides high end wine-related services.
